Stamps Eminence Announces Class of 2028 Finalists

The Stamps Eminence Scholarship Program at The Ohio State University has named 72 Finalists for the Class of 2028. 

The Class of 2028 will be the 13^th class of the Eminence Program at Ohio State. Recently, Ohio State entered into a partnership with the Stamps Scholars Program to double the size of the program. The Class of 2028 will be the largest class of Stamps Eminence Scholars class in the program’s history. Stamps Eminence Scholars embark on a unique, four-year journey of academic rigor, service, and leadership. The program provides extraordinary opportunities and support for students that want to make a positive contribution to the world.

Students in the program receive a scholarship for the full cost of attendance at The Ohio State University for 8 full time enrolled semesters and up to $5,000 in enrichment grant funding. 

This year’s class of Finalists represent 14 states, 26 Ohio cities, and 55 high schools. Among them are student leaders, researchers, inventors, entrepreneurs, volunteers, tutors, mentors, and artists. All represent top levels of academic achievement combined with a dedication to service, leadership, and bettering their local communities. 

Finalists will take part in a virtual interview with Ohio State faculty and staff before coming to the Columbus campus for Stamps Eminence Finalist Friday. Here, finalists and their guests will get to experience Ohio State for a day, as well as meet with current Stamps Eminence students, members of the Stamps Eminence Faculty Network, as well as University leaders and staff from the University Honors Program.
