To be eligible, applicants must be juniors (Undergraduate Fellowship) or seniors or recent graduates (Graduate Fellowship) with a GPA of 3.2 or higher, have demonstrated leadership abilities, be planning a career in the U.S. Foreign Service, and show how they will bring a diverse perspective to the group.
